QJ41M high temperature ball valve is a one-piece integral hard-sealed ball valve specially engineered for high-temperature working conditions. It adopts an integrated valve body structure with flange end connection, effectively eliminating leakage risks caused by multi-body assembly gaps. The valve is equipped with high-temperature resistant graphite/PPL sealing pairs, maintaining stable sealing performance under long-term high-temperature service without deformation or failure.
Pressure rating: PN16-PN40 (1.6MPa-4.0MPa)
Body materials: WCB carbon steel, CF8 / CF8M stainless steel
Actuation types: manual handle, worm gear, pneumatic, electric

Unique Feature and Use
The one-piece integrated structure enhances overall rigidity and structural stability, effectively resisting high-temperature deformation and eliminating external leakage. Q11M high temperature ball valve is a threaded floating ball valve designed for high-temperature medium pipelines. It features a compact one-piece body structure with internal thread end connection, realizing fast and leak-proof pipeline assembly. Equipped with high-temperature resistant graphite and PPL composite sealing pairs, the valve avoids soft seal aging and melting failure under continuous high-temperature conditions, ensuring stable sealing and flexible switching performance.

2.Female internal thread connection, compact size, easy installation for small-bore pipelines.
3.90-degree quarter-turn quick opening & closing, low flow resistance, simple operation.
4.Floating ball structure, reliable sealing under high-temperature conditions.
5.For small-size high-temperature pipelines of steam, heat-transfer oil and hot oil. Not suitable for large-diameter working conditions.
