Features
Different from straight-through plunger valves, this angle-type structure matches 90° corner pipeline installation without additional elbow fittings. It simplifies piping layout, reduces pipeline pressure loss and lowers overall engineering cost. Specially designed for vertical-to-horizontal turn pipelines, solving installation space limitation and complicated layout problems of conventional straight valves.
U44SM Composite Seal: Soft-hard combined sealing structure with high-elasticity flexible ring and metal auxiliary seal, achieving bubble-tight zero leakage for normal and medium-temperature working conditions, excellent aging and wear resistance.
UJ44H Hard Seal: All-metal precision sealing pair, resistant to high temperature, high pressure and medium scouring, suitable for high-temperature steam and harsh industrial continuous operation conditions.
The high-precision integral cylindrical plunger moves vertically without eccentric deviation. During each opening and closing stroke, the plunger automatically scrapes and cleans the valve seat and sealing surface, effectively removing dirt, scaling and sediment. It thoroughly avoids jamming and sealing failure caused by medium deposition, ensuring long-term stable operation of heating and steam pipelines.
This valve features stable linear flow adjustment characteristics. It can realize precise stepless throttling control while ensuring reliable full closed shutoff. No medium scouring and flow noise during adjustment, replacing the separate installation of angle stop valve and throttling valve. It is an ideal integrated control valve for industrial angular process pipelines.
Integral cast and forged valve body with high structural rigidity. Upgraded graphite sealing assembly resists high temperature and thermal deformation. WCB cast steel version can withstand 425℃ high-temperature steam circulation; stainless steel version adapts to weakly corrosive chemical media. Far superior in pressure resistance and sealing stability compared with traditional angle globe valves.
Internal plunger, sealing ring and packing components adopt standardized modular design, convenient for inspection and replacement. Precise matching structure avoids frequent leakage and failure. It realizes long-term maintenance-free operation under rated working conditions, greatly reducing later pipeline operation costs.

Working Principle & Application Notes
Angle plunger valve controls medium flow through vertical lifting of precision cylindrical plunger in 90° angular flow channel. When fully closed, the plunger compresses the composite/metal sealing pair to achieve bidirectional tight shutoff; when opened, the plunger lifts to form a smooth angular flow channel for medium circulation. The linear stroke realizes accurate flow throttling and pressure regulation.Angle plunger valve is suitable for clean and low-impurity fluid media; not applicable for high-viscosity slurry and large solid particle-containing media. High-temperature steam conditions must adopt cast steel hard-seal configuration; corrosive media require stainless steel or alloy material upgrade. Please confirm connection type, pressure grade, sealing form and medium temperature before ordering.
