Wire Mouth Plunger Valve

Different from conventional single-seal plunger valves, U11SM/F adopts upgraded soft-hard composite sealing system. The F-type flexible sealing ring fits tightly with the precision-machined plunger surface, realizing bubble-tight zero leakage; the SM-type metal auxiliary sealing structure enhances high-temperature and pressure resistance. The dual structure avoids frequent leakage failure of ordinary soft seals under temperature fluctuation and prevents abrasion of pure hard seals, balancing tightness and service life perfectly.

The high-precision cylindrical plunger moves vertically without eccentric wear. During each opening and closing stroke, the plunger body continuously scrapes the sealing surface, realizing automatic self-cleaning and effectively preventing impurity deposition and scaling blockage. It solves the common jamming and sealing failure problems of traditional globe valves and ordinary plunger valves, ensuring stable long-term operation of small-bore threaded pipelines.

This valve features linear flow adjustment characteristics, which can be used for precise medium throttling and flow regulation, not limited to simple full-open/full-close cutting-off. It has stable throttling performance without medium scouring and noise, making it an ideal dual-purpose valve for regulation and isolation in small-caliber process pipelines, replacing the separate installation of stop valve and throttle valve.

Integral forging and casting valve body with high structural rigidity. Flexible graphite sealing assembly is resistant to high temperature and aging. Cast steel version can withstand up to 425℃ high-temperature steam working conditions, and stainless steel version adapts to corrosive chemical media. It has far stronger temperature and pressure adaptability than ordinary threaded globe valves.

Wire mouth internal thread connection features simple installation, no flange matching required, saving pipeline space and engineering cost. The internal plunger and sealing assembly are modular and precisely matched, with stable operation and strong anti-fatigue performance. It avoids frequent replacement of wearing parts of traditional valves and realizes long-term maintenance-free operation.
