Features
Built-in integral double-flange structure on both valve ends, independently connected with pipeline flanges through bolts and gaskets. Compared with wafer type relying on external flange clamping and lug type with limited bearing capacity, double flanged design greatly enhances overall pipeline rigidity, effectively resists pipeline vibration, thermal stress and pressure impact. It avoids pipeline displacement and sealing failure, ensuring stable operation of heavy-duty high-pressure pipe networks.
Three-dimensional triple-offset geometric design separates the butterfly disc from the valve seat at the initial opening stage, realizing zero contact and zero friction throughout the full stroke. No abrasive wear on metal sealing surfaces, thoroughly solving the short service life problem of traditional soft-seal and double-offset butterfly valves. The precisely machined conical sealing interface achieves gradual locking during closing with uniform stress distribution and outstanding pressure shock resistance.
Adopts all-metal hard-seal assembly with optional Stellite alloy hard-facing treatment on the seat surface. With the increase of medium pressure, the sealing pair generates automatic self-tightening compensation force to offset thermal deformation and mechanical clearances. The sealing performance meets API 598 Class VI bidirectional bubble-tight shutoff standard. It maintains reliable tightness under extreme working conditions of high temperature, high pressure and frequent pressure fluctuation, far superior to ordinary soft-seal butterfly valves.
Diversified material configurations fully cover ultra-low temperature -196℃ cryogenic environment to 538℃ ultra-high temperature working scenarios. Carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel bodies adapt to steam, oil-gas, corrosive and special liquefied media. The high-rigidity integral casting structure resists thermal expansion and contraction deformation, suitable for complex and harsh continuous operation environments of heavy industrial equipment.
Standard double-flange interface matches global ANSI/EN/DIN standard pipelines with strong versatility. The independent flange connection mode allows single-side disassembly and valve replacement without affecting the overall pipeline structure, greatly reducing maintenance difficulty and downtime cost. Modular internal components support quick inspection and replacement, realizing long-term low-maintenance stable operation of industrial pipelines.

Working Principle & Application Notes
Double flanged triple offset butterfly valve drives 90° rotation of the butterfly disc through worm gear, electric or pneumatic actuator. The unique triple-offset geometric structure ensures friction-free opening and closing movement. When fully closed, the conical metal sealing pair is tightly locked with pressure self-tightening compensation to block medium flow and realize bidirectional zero leakage; when fully opened, the streamlined disc forms a low-resistance straight-through flow channel. Double flanged structure features high structural rigidity, independent bilateral bearing capacity and excellent anti-vibration performance, suitable for heavy-duty high-pressure main pipe sections; it is the most stable and reliable connection form among butterfly valve end types. Stellite hard-facing is recommended for particle-containing and high-scouring media; cryogenic working conditions require LCB low-temperature steel configuration. Confirm flange standard, pressure class, body material and actuation mode before ordering.
