1.Professional Micro-lift Liquid-Dedicated Structure

Different from full-lift gas-specialized valves, A41Y adopts standard micro-lift design with tiny and stable opening stroke. It avoids instantaneous large-flow discharge and system pressure shock caused by full-lift valves, effectively protecting liquid pipeline and pressure vessel accessories from impact damage. It is the standard dedicated safety valve for liquid phase overpressure protection in industrial specifications.

2.Leak-tight Closed Bonnet No-wrench Design

Full closed bonnet completely isolates internal spring components from external dust and moisture, preventing spring jamming and performance attenuation. Without manual wrench structure, the overall sealing performance of the valve body is further improved. All liquid medium is discharged through closed pipelines, which is safe and environmentally friendly, and suitable for sealed liquid systems that do not require on-site manual test.

3.Stellite Hard Alloy Overlay Sealing Pair

The nozzle and valve disc sealing surface are overlaid with high-performance Stellite cobalt-based hard alloy. It has excellent anti-scouring and wear-resistant properties for long-term liquid medium scouring. The sealing performance meets API 527 standard, maintaining zero leakage under rated working pressure, effectively solving the problem of easy seat leakage of ordinary liquid safety valves.

4.Stable Mechanical Automatic Operation

Pure spring mechanical drive, no external power supply or auxiliary control required. The set pressure can be precisely adjusted on site according to liquid system working conditions. When the system liquid pressure exceeds the preset value, the valve opens slightly and stably for pressure relief; when the pressure returns to the qualified range, it automatically resets and closes tightly, with stable operation and low failure rate.

5.Diversified Material Adaptation

WCB carbon steel is used for conventional water and oil medium; CF8/CF8M stainless steel is available for weakly corrosive liquid working conditions. NACE MR0175 anti-sulfur materials can be customized for special liquid sour service. Supports national standard PN and ASME B16.5 pound-grade flanges to meet different project installation requirements.

Working Principle & Application Notes

Closed bonnet Low lift Safety Valve is a special pressure relief device for industrial liquid systems. Under normal working pressure, the spring force tightly presses the valve disc on the nozzle seat to maintain zero leakage. When the liquid system pressure rises to the set pressure, the medium thrust overcomes the spring load, and the valve opens slightly for slow and stable pressure relief to avoid system pressure fluctuation. When the pressure drops to the reset blow-down value, the spring pushes the valve disc back to the seat for tight reseating. This conventional non-bellows structure is affected by fluctuating back pressure; WA41Y bellows balanced type is recommended for working conditions with large back pressure changes. Closed bonnet Low lift Safety Valve is strictly dedicated to liquid media; it is prohibited for steam and gas phase working conditions. Ordinary A41Y series are not qualified for H₂S-containing sour liquid service without NACE material upgrade. Provide set pressure, working temperature, liquid medium characteristics and relief demand for accurate sizing before ordering.
