Features
Closed bonnet full-lift spring-loaded structure
Closed-type full-lift safety valve; disc opening height exceeds 1/4 of nozzle diameter. When gas pressure exceeds 3% above set pressure, the valve pops open for full-capacity relief.

Two temperature grades
A-type & TA-type - A-type: for-25℃ ~ 300℃ medium; - TA-type equipped with radiator, suitable for high-temperature working conditions 300℃ ~ 550℃.

Adaptable to stable back-pressure condition
Suitable for gas & liquid media with slight sulfur corrosion or non-corrosive service, works under stable back-pressure environment.

Spring-loaded mechanical actuation
No external power source required; set pressure adjustable on site, reliable performance, convenient maintenance.

Good sealing & discharge performance
High discharge capacity, tight re-seating after blow-off; designed for petrochemical refining severe service.

Limitation: Not applicable for sharply fluctuating back-pressure conditions.

Oil safety valve is special spring-loaded full-lift safety valves for oil refining service. A-type applies for temperature-25℃ ~ 300℃, TA-type with radiator for 300℃ ~ 550℃. When system pressure exceeds set value, the valve opens fully to discharge medium. When pressure drops back to allowable value, the valve closes automatically to protect vessels and pipelines. Oil safety valve suitable for gas and liquid media with slight sulfur corrosion under stable back-pressure.
