Features
Sealed Closed Bonnet Full-lift Spring-loaded Structure
Adopts fully sealed closed bonnet structure, which isolates internal components from external dust, moisture and pollutants effectively. The full-lift design provides ultra-large discharge capacity, enabling rapid pressure relief for gas and steam systems. Different from micro-lift valves, it can realize instantaneous full opening to eliminate system overpressure, meeting national standard requirements for steam and gas overpressure protection.
Built-in Manual Lifting Wrench Design
Equipped with standard manual lifting wrench on the bonnet, supporting on-site manual opening inspection and regular performance verification. The wrench structure is compact and integrated without exposed gaps, which not only facilitates daily maintenance and pressure test inspection, but also avoids the defect of easy contamination of open-type wrench valves. It can also be used for emergency manual pressure relief in special working conditions.
Hard Alloy Overlay Sealing Surface
Valve seat and disc are overlaid with Stellite hard alloy. The sealing surface features high hardness, excellent anti-erosion, anti-abrasion and high-temperature resistance. It maintains zero leakage under rated working pressure, effectively solves the problem of medium scouring damage, and ensures long-term stable sealing performance and service life.
Fully Mechanical Automatic Operation
No external power source or auxiliary control system is required. The set pressure can be precisely adjusted on site according to system requirements. When the system pressure exceeds the preset value, the valve fully opens automatically for rapid pressure relief; when the pressure drops back to the allowable range, the valve closes tightly and automatically. The whole mechanical structure is stable, reliable and easy for daily maintenance.

- Industrial equipment with flammable, toxic media requiring sealed centralized discharge
- Pressure vessels and piping systems requiring regular on-site manual inspection
Working Principle & Application Notes
Safety release valve is specially designed for gas and steam overpressure protection, complying with the latest national safety valve specification standards. Carbon steel version is suitable for media at -20℃ ~ 350℃, and stainless steel version is applicable to weakly corrosive media within 450℃. Under normal working conditions, the valve keeps tight sealing. Once the system overpressures, the valve lifts fully in an instant to discharge medium efficiently and quickly reduce system pressure. It automatically resets and closes after pressure recovery. Suitable for steam and gas systems, prohibited for pure liquid medium conditions. It is the preferred replacement model for outdated micro-lift safety release valves in steam system rectification.
