Features
Closed-bonnet full-lift spring-loaded structure
Closed bonnet design, outlet can connect exhaust piping for centralized discharge. Full-lift structure with large discharge capacity, mainly for gas and steam media.
Without lifting wrench
Compact-structure, no manual lifting wrench, not available for on-site manual opening test.
Hard alloy overlay sealing surface
Seat & disc overlaid with stellite hard alloy, anti-erosion, reliable sealing performance.
Fully mechanical automatic operation
No external power source, set pressure adjustable on site, stable performance, convenient maintenance.

Steam safety valve applies for gas, steam and liquid systems. Carbon steel version for-29℃~300℃; stainless-steel version for corrosive media up to 200℃. When system pressure exceeds set value, the valve opens fully to discharge medium. When pressure drops back to allowable value, the valve closes automatically to protect equipment and pipelines.Steam safety valve not suitable for conditions with sharply fluctuating back-pressure.
