Features

 

Bellows-balanced compensation structure

Built-in stainless steel bellows assembly, eliminates influence of fluctuating outlet back-pressure on set pressure. Protect spring internals from corrosive medium, realize zero outward leakage.

Closed-bonnet full-lift spring-loaded design (without lifting wrench)

Full-lift structure, disc lift ≥1/4 of nozzle diameter, large discharge capacity. Closed bonnet, no manual lifting wrench.

Hard-alloy overlay sealing surface

Disc and seat overlaid with stellite hard alloy, anti-erosion, reliable sealing performance, long service life.

API standard pound-grade design

Designed per API-526, tested per API-527; flange ASME B16.5; pressure class Class150-600.

Working parameters

Body WCB carbon steel; working temperature-29℃ ~ 300℃; applicable for gas, steam and liquid media.

Limitation:Not suitable for medium containing solid particles, particles will damage bellows.

Full lift safety valve applies for gas, steam and liquid systems with temperature-29℃ ~ 300℃. Built-in bellows counteracts fluctuating back-pressure. When system pressure exceeds set value, the valve opens fully to discharge medium. When pressure drops back to allowable value, full lift safety valve closes automatically to protect equipment and pipelines. Suitable for toxic, corrosive media and conditions with variable back-pressure.
