Features

 

Bellows-balanced compensation structure

Built-in stainless steel bellows assembly, offsets fluctuating outlet back-pressure, protects spring internals from corrosive medium, prevents medium leakage to atmosphere.

Closed-bonnet low-lift spring-loaded design (without lifting wrench)

Low-lift structure, small disc opening height (1/40～1/20 of nozzle diameter), moderate discharge capacity, gentle pressure relief, low water-hammer impact. Closed bonnet, no manual lifting wrench.

Hard-alloy overlay sealing surface

Seat and disc overlaid with hard alloy, anti-erosion, reliable sealing performance, good re-seat performance.

API standard pound-grade design

Designed per API-526, tested per API-527; flange ASME B16.5; pressure class Class150-600.

Working parameters

Body WCB carbon steel; working temperature ≤300℃; mainly for liquid media, also applicable for small-capacity gas service.

Limitation：Not suitable for medium containing solid particles, solid particles will damage bellows.

Liquid pressure relief valve applies for liquid and small-capacity gas systems with temperature ≤300℃. Built-in bellows counteracts fluctuating back-pressure. When system pressure exceeds set value, the valve opens to discharge medium. When pressure drops back to allowable value, the valve closes automatically to protect equipment and pipelines. Liquid pressure relief valve suitable for corrosive/toxic media and conditions with variable back-pressure.
