Features

 

Closed-bonnet low-lift spring-loaded structure

Closed bonnet design, outlet can connect to discharge pipeline for centralized medium discharge. Low-lift structure, disc opening height 1/40~1/20 of nozzle diameter, gentle pressure relief and low water-hammer impact.

Without lifting wrench

Compact structure without manual lifting wrench, for conditions without on-site manual test requirement.

Hard-alloy overlay sealing surface

Seat and disc overlaid with hard alloy, anti-erosion, reliable sealing and good re-seat performance.

ANSI / API standard pound-grade design

Flange conforms to ASME B16.5, pressure class Class150-1500.

- A41C (WCB carbon steel):-29℃ ~ 300℃, for water, air, oil and non-corrosive medium

- A41P (SS304): ≤200℃, for corrosive medium - DN25-DN200

Liquid safety valve applies for liquid and small-capacity gas systems. Carbon steel version for-29℃ ~ 300℃; stainless-steel version for corrosive media up to 200℃. When system pressure exceeds set value, the valve opens to discharge medium. When pressure drops back to allowable value, Liquid safety valve closes automatically to protect equipment and pipelines. Not suitable for conditions with sharply fluctuating back-pressure.
