Adopts fully closed bonnet compact threaded structure, which protects internal spring components from dust, moisture and external contamination. The professional micro-lift design delivers gentle, stable pressure relief without sudden system pressure shock, effectively protecting small-bore pipelines and pressure vessels. Compact and lightweight structure fits narrow installation spaces perfectly.

Standard external thread inlet supports BSPP and NPT optional threads, enabling fast and convenient installation without flange matching. Widely applicable for compressors, buffer tanks, skid-mounted devices and instrument auxiliary pipelines, featuring simple assembly and strong compatibility with small industrial systems.

Different from A21 wrenchless type, A27 is equipped with built-in manual lifting wrench as standard. On-site operators can perform regular manual opening tests and daily calibration without disassembly. It supports emergency manual pressure relief, greatly improving equipment safety and daily maintainability, which is the core differentiated advantage of A27 series valves.

Valve seat and disc are overlaid with high-performance Stellite hard alloy. The sealing surface features excellent anti-erosion, anti-wear and heat-resistant performance. It maintains zero leakage under rated working pressure, resists medium scouring from long-term cyclic pressure relief, and ensures stable sealing performance and extended service life.

Pure spring-driven mechanical structure requires no external power source or auxiliary control system. Set pressure can be precisely adjusted on site according to actual working conditions. The valve opens slightly and automatically for steady pressure relief when overpressure occurs, and resets tightly once system pressure returns to allowable range. Stable operation, low failure rate and convenient daily maintenance.
