Features
Closed-bonnet Micro-lift Spring-loaded Compact Threaded Structure
Adopts fully closed bonnet compact threaded construction without exposed spring parts, preventing dust and moisture intrusion. Micro-lift structure provides gentle and stable pressure release without pressure shock to small-size piping and pressure vessels. Small overall size, lightweight, suitable for limited-space installation conditions.
External Thread Connection Design
External thread inlet connection supports BSPP or NPT thread options for quick assembly on small-bore pipelines, compressors and pressure vessels. Threaded connection realizes simple installation without flange pairing, widely used for skid-mounted equipment and auxiliary safety protection points.
Hard Alloy Overlay Sealing Surface
Valve seat and disc are overlaid with Stellite hard alloy. The sealing surface delivers good anti-erosion and wear-resistant performance. It maintains reliable tight sealing under rated working pressure, resisting medium scouring and extending service life for frequent cyclic pressure-relief working conditions.
Fully Mechanical Automatic Operation
Pure spring-driven mechanical operation without external power source. Set pressure can be accurately adjusted on-site. When system pressure exceeds preset value, the valve opens slightly for steady pressure relief; when pressure falls back to allowable range, the valve automatically resets and closes. Simple structure, stable performance and convenient maintenance.

Working Principle & Application Notes
Safety valve on air compressor is a compact small-bore pressure relief device for liquid and low-flow gas systems. Carbon steel version works from -29℃ to 200℃; stainless steel version applies to weakly corrosive media up to 200℃. Under normal working condition the valve keeps sealed. Once overpressure occurs, slight lift enables slow stable discharge; the valve closes automatically as pressure recovers.No manual wrench for on-site opening test.Safety valve on air compressor not suitable for large-flow steam, high-capacity gas and conditions with severe back-pressure fluctuation. For steam large-capacity discharge, full-lift safety valve shall be selected instead.
