Features

Open Bonnet Micro-lift Spring-loaded Structure

Adopts classic open bonnet design with exposed internal spring components for easy visual inspection and maintenance. The professional micro-lift structure enables gradual and stable pressure relief without sudden pressure shock to the system. Different from full-lift valves, it maintains stable system pressure during pressure relief, effectively protecting liquid pipeline and pressure vessel equipment from pressure impact damage.

Standard Equipped Manual Lifting Wrench

Comes with integrated manual lifting wrench as standard configuration. On-site staff can perform regular manual opening tests and equipment calibration without disassembly. The wrench operation is flexible and labor-saving, which is convenient for daily equipment inspection, fault troubleshooting and emergency pressure relief. It is the essential maintenance structure for industrial conventional safety valves.

Hard Alloy Overlay Sealing Surface

Valve seat and disc are overlaid with high-performance Stellite hard alloy. The sealing surface features high hardness, strong anti-scouring, anti-wear and heat-resistant properties. It can maintain reliable zero-leakage sealing state under long-term rated working pressure, resist medium erosion and abrasion, and extend the overall service life of the valve.

Fully Mechanical Automatic Operation

Adopts pure mechanical spring drive, no external power supply or auxiliary control equipment required. The set pressure can be accurately adjusted on site according to actual working conditions. When system pressure exceeds the preset value, the valve opens slightly and automatically for steady pressure relief; when pressure drops back to the allowable range, the valve resets and closes tightly automatically, with stable operation and low failure rate.

Working Principle & Application Notes

Pressure relief valve boiler with wrench is a conventional general-purpose pressure relief valve, widely used in liquid and low-pressure stable steam/gas systems. Carbon steel version is suitable for working temperature of -20℃ ~ 200℃, and stainless steel version is applicable to weakly corrosive media below 250℃. The micro-lift design realizes slow and uniform pressure release to avoid system pressure fluctuation. It supports on-site manual jumping inspection to ensure normal valve performance. Not suitable for high-pressure superheated steam, large-flow gas and working conditions with severe back pressure fluctuation. Pressure relief valve boiler widely used safety valve for liquid medium overpressure protection in industrial conventional systems.
