Features

 

Bellows balanced compensation structure

Built-in stainless steel bellows assembly, eliminates the influence of variable outlet back-pressure on set pressure. Protect spring and internal parts against corrosive medium, prevent medium leakage to atmosphere.

Closed-bonnet full-lift spring-loaded design with wrench

Full-lift structure, disc lift ≥1/4 of nozzle diameter, large discharge capacity. Equipped with lifting wrench for regular manual inspection.

Hard-alloy welded sealing surface

Seat & disc overlay hard alloy, anti-erosion, good sealing performance, long service life.

API standard design

Designed per API-526, tested per API-527; flange ASME B16.5; pressure class Class150-600.

Working parameters

Body WCB carbon steel; Working temperature ≤300℃; for gas, steam, liquid media.

Limitation:Not suitable for medium containing solid particles, which may damage bellows.

Full bore safety valve applies for gas, steam and liquid systems with temperature ≤300℃. The built-in bellows counteracts variable back-pressure. When system pressure exceeds set value, the valve opens fully to discharge medium. When pressure drops back to allowable value, full bore safety valve closes automatically to protect equipment and pipelines. Suitable for toxic, corrosive media and conditions with fluctuating back-pressure.
