Boiler Relief Valve

Adopts integrated Y-type three-way duplex valve body, equipped with two independent full-lift valve cores and built-in manual switching mechanism. Different from conventional A37/A43 micro-lift duplex valves, A38 adopts standard full-lift structure with large instantaneous discharge capacity, fully complying with the latest TSG steam and gas safety regulations. The switchable dual-valve design supports free switching between working valve and standby valve without system shutdown.

Unique built-in manual switching device is the core advantage of A38 series. During long-term system operation, operators can switch the standby valve to work independently, disassemble, inspect, calibrate or maintain the other valve online. It completely solves the problem of system shutdown caused by safety valve maintenance, greatly improves continuous operation efficiency of steam and gas systems, and reduces enterprise operation loss.

Full closed bonnet fully enclosed structure isolates internal components from external dust and moisture, avoiding spring jamming and failure caused by environmental pollution. The double-outlet centralized discharge interface can be connected with exhaust pipelines to realize closed discharge, which is safe and environmentally friendly, and suitable for flammable, non-toxic and high-standard industrial steam and gas working conditions.

Valve seat and disc are overlaid with high-performance Stellite hard alloy. The sealing surface has excellent high-temperature resistance, anti-scouring and anti-wear properties. It can withstand high-speed impact of steam and gas medium during full-flow discharge, maintain long-term zero-leakage sealing state, and ensure stable and reliable overpressure protection performance of the equipment.

Pure spring mechanical drive, no external power source and auxiliary control system required. The set pressure can be accurately adjusted on site. When the system pressure exceeds the preset value, the valve opens fully instantly for rapid pressure relief; when the pressure returns to the allowable range, it closes automatically and tightly. The whole mechanical structure is stable, low failure rate and convenient for daily operation and maintenance.
