Features
All pressure-bearing and medium-contact parts are selected and treated strictly per NACE MR0175 / ISO15156 standard, effectively resisting sulfide stress-corrosion-cracking (SSCC) and hydrogen-induced cracking (HIC). Special anti-sulfur coating for spring to prevent hydrogen-brittlement failure under wet-H₂S environment, guarantee long-term safe operation in sour oil-gas field, desulfurization unit and sour-water stripping system.
KA41 micro-lift type achieves gradual stable pressure relief, ideal for liquid-phase sour medium, reduces loss of hazardous process fluid. KA42 full-lift type is equipped with back-blow disc structure for large-capacity instant discharge, meeting fast over-pressure relief requirement for sour natural gas and acid gas pipeline. Two structures cover liquid-phase and gas-phase sour-service respectively.
Fully closed bonnet structure prevents toxic sour medium leakage to atmosphere. Outlet flange allows connecting closed vent piping for centralized collection and treatment of poisonous H₂S-containing medium. Avoid personnel hazard and environmental pollution, fit for petrochemical and on-site oil-gas plant safety specifications.
Valve seat and disc overlaid with Stellite hard alloy with sulfur-resistant adaptation. Good anti-erosion and wear-resistant performance under sour-medium scouring. Strict sealing performance according to API 527 leakage standard, maintain reliable tight-shut-off under rated working pressure for toxic sour-service.
No external power supply required. Set pressure can be precisely adjusted on-site. Valve opens automatically upon system over-pressure, closes tightly when pressure falls back to allowable range. Stable mechanical performance, convenient inspection and maintenance for oil-gas field remote installation points.

Working Principle & Application Notes
Safety valve oil and gas is special spring-loaded relief valve developed for wet-H₂S sour corrosive environment. KA41 micro-lift for liquid-phase sour-media; KA42 full-lift for sour-gas large-flow discharge. All wetted parts satisfy NACE MR0175 anti-sulfide-cracking requirement, operating temperature limited within -29℃ ~200℃. Do NOT exceed temperature limit for sour-service; Safety valve oil and gas series are forbidden for H₂S-containing medium.
