Features

Spring-loaded full-lift structure with radiator

Equipped with radiator between body and spring bonnet, effectively isolates high-temperature heat, protects spring assembly from high-medium temperature. Full-lift design, disc lift ≥1/4 of nozzle diameter, large discharge capacity.

Open bonnet with manual lifting wrench

Open-type bonnet structure, good heat dissipation; fitted with lifting wrench for manual on-site inspection of valve flexibility.

Hard-alloy overlay sealing surface

Nozzle and disc overlaid with stellite hard alloy, anti-erosion, anti-scuffing, reliable sealing performance under high-temperature steam service.

High-temperature adaptability

Standard C-type for ≤425℃; upgraded material versions for 510℃,550℃ high-temperature steam; flange connection PN16-PN100, DN25-DN200.

Fully mechanical operation

No external power source required; set pressure adjustable on site, stable performance, convenient maintenance.

Limitation：Open bonnet design, not suitable for toxic, volatile medium; mainly for steam & high-temperature gas.

Boiler safety valve with radiator applies for steam and high-temperature gas systems up to 425℃. The radiator protects spring from high-temperature medium. When system pressure exceeds set value, the valve opens fully to discharge medium. When pressure drops back to allowable value, the valve closes automatically to protect boilers, vessels and steam pipelines. Boiler safety valve is equipped with lifting wrench for manual inspection.

The high-temperature and high-pressure steam safety valve is designed for steam and other high-temperature media in equipment and piping systems. Depending on the valve type, it is suitable for operating temperatures up to 425°C (Type C), 500°C (Type I), and 550°C (Type V). The valve automatically opens under overpressure conditions to provide reliable overpressure protection.
