Features

Closed-bonnet full-lift structure with radiator

Equipped with radiator between body and spring bonnet, isolates high-temperature heat and protects spring assembly. Closed bonnet design, discharge outlet can connect to exhaust pipeline for centralized medium discharge. Full-lift structure, disc lift ≥1/4 of nozzle diameter with large relief capacity.

No manual lifting wrench

Without lifting wrench, compact structure, suitable for occasions where manual on-site test is not required.

Hard-alloy overlay sealing surface

Nozzle and disc overlaid with stellite hard alloy, high-temperature resistance, anti-erosion, reliable sealing under high-temperature service.

Wide temperature & material options

- A40Y-C (WCB carbon steel): ≤400℃ - A40Y-I (Cr-Mo steel): ≤450℃ - A40Y-P (stainless steel): ≤300℃ for corrosive media Flange connection PN16-PN100, DN25-DN200.

Fully mechanical automatic operation

No external power source; set pressure adjustable on site, stable performance, easy maintenance.

Limitation：Without lifting wrench, cannot perform manual on-site opening test.

Radiator safety valve applies for steam, high-temperature gas and partial corrosive media. Max working temperature up to 450℃ subject to material. When system pressure exceeds set value, the valve opens fully to discharge medium. When pressure drops back to allowable value, radiator safety valve closes automatically to protect vessels and pipelines. Closed bonnet enables medium to be discharged through external piping.

A40Y-C is suitable for equipment or pipelines with air, water, nitrogen-hydrogen mixture and other media at working temperature ≤400℃, while A40Y-I is for working temperature ≤450℃.

A40Y-P is installed on equipment or pipelines with corrosive media at working temperature ≤300℃, serving as an over-pressure protection device.
