Air Compressor Relief Valve

Adopts fully closed bonnet compact threaded structure to isolate internal spring components from external dust and moisture, ensuring stable long-term operation. Different from micro-lift valves, the standard full-lift design achieves instantaneous full opening with large discharge capacity, which can quickly eliminate system overpressure. It complies with latest industry regulations and is the preferred model for small-bore steam and gas pressure relief systems.

Features external thread inlet and internal thread outlet structure, supporting BSPP and NPT optional threads. The threaded connection requires no flange matching, enabling fast and convenient installation and replacement. The outlet oversized thread design ensures smooth medium discharge, perfectly matching compressors, steam miniature equipment and skid-mounted auxiliary systems.

Equipped with built-in manual lifting wrench as standard configuration. On-site staff can conduct regular manual opening tests and daily performance calibration without disassembly. It supports emergency manual pressure relief under special working conditions, effectively improving equipment operation safety and daily maintainability, solving the hidden danger of untestable pressure relief of ordinary wrenchless threaded valves.

Valve seat and disc are overlaid with high-performance Stellite hard alloy. The sealing surface possesses excellent anti-erosion, anti-wear and high-temperature resistance properties. It maintains zero leakage under rated working pressure, resists high-speed medium scouring during full-flow discharge, and guarantees stable sealing performance and extended service life under frequent overpressure relief cycles.

Pure spring-driven mechanical structure requires no external power source or auxiliary control equipment. The set pressure can be precisely adjusted on site according to actual working conditions. When system pressure exceeds the preset value, the valve fully opens instantly for rapid pressure relief; when pressure returns to the allowable range, the valve automatically resets and closes tightly, with stable operation and low failure rate.
