Butt Weld Butterfly Valve

Different from conventional flanged butterfly valves, this valve adopts integral butt weld end connection. It completely eliminates potential leakage risks of flange gaskets, bolt loosening and aging failure. The welded integration strengthens pipeline integrity, avoids pressure fluctuation and external leakage under high temperature and high pressure, fully meeting API fugitive emission and fire safety standards for industrial severe service.

Double-offset and triple-offset structural designs eliminate friction between butterfly plate and sealing seat during opening and closing strokes. No abrasive wear on sealing surfaces, effectively extending service life. The triple-offset metal hard seal version adopts precision all-metal sealing pair with automatic wear compensation function, maintaining stable tightness after millions of switching cycles, solving the frequent leakage problem of traditional soft-seal butterfly valves under high temperature aging conditions.

Integral cast high-rigidity valve body adapts to extreme working conditions. WCB carbon steel version stably operates under 425℃ high-temperature steam; stainless steel and alloy steel versions can withstand up to 600℃ ultra-high temperature and corrosive media. The overall welded structure resists pipeline stress deformation and thermal expansion, with far higher structural stability than flanged valves in high-pressure circulating systems.

Optimized streamlined arc-shaped butterfly plate forms a smooth straight-through flow channel with no flow dead zone. It features low pressure loss and high passing flow rate, effectively reducing pipeline system operating energy consumption. The quick 90° switching mode realizes fast cut-off and flow regulation, improving pipeline fluid transmission efficiency.

Welded integral structure reduces pipeline vibration and resonance, enhancing overall system stability. Compact and lightweight design saves installation space and reduces pipeline load weight.
