Structural Feature Butterfly valve flange type adopts integral flange body and offset butterfly plate structure, fully compliant with American standard pipeline systems. Double-offset and triple-offset optimized structures realize friction-free opening and closing. Standard ANSI flange connection features simple installation, positioning accuracy and convenient disassembly and maintenance. Streamlined arc-shaped butterfly plate forms low-resistance flow channel, ensuring high flow efficiency and stable operation. Dual soft/hard sealing configurations adapt to normal-temperature zero-leakage and high-temperature high-pressure severe working conditions, with strong pipeline universality and flexible on-site adaptability.

Standard ANSI Flange Connection & Easy Maintenance

Butterfly valve flange type equipped with strict ASME B16.5 standard flange end, perfectly matching ANSI standard pipeline flanges, bolts and gaskets. Compared with welded butterfly valves, the flange connection allows quick disassembly, inspection and replacement without cutting pipelines. It solves the maintenance difficulty of welded valves, greatly improving on-site construction efficiency and reducing later equipment overhaul costs, ideal for projects requiring regular valve maintenance.

Friction-Free Offset Sealing Structure

Double-offset structural design eliminates contact friction between butterfly plate and valve seat during opening and closing strokes, avoiding abrasive wear of sealing surfaces. Upgraded triple-offset metal hard seal adopts precision metal sealing pair with automatic wear compensation function, maintaining long-term stable zero-leakage performance. It effectively solves aging and leakage problems of traditional soft-seal valves under high temperature and pressure fluctuation, extending overall service life.

Dual Sealing for Full Working Condition Coverage

Soft Seal Version: Adopts high-elasticity PTFE/EPDM sealing material, achieving bubble-tight zero leakage, suitable for normal-temperature clean water, gas and conventional fluid systems with strict shutoff requirements.

Metal Hard Seal Version: All-metal hard sealing pair with high-temperature and scouring resistance, stably applicable for 425℃ high-temperature steam, high-pressure oil gas and impurity-containing industrial media, meeting severe service operation standards.

Low Flow Resistance & High Energy Efficiency

Optimized streamlined full-flow channel design without flow dead zone or turbulent area. The arc-shaped butterfly plate minimizes fluid pressure loss during operation, effectively reducing pipeline system energy consumption. Fast 90° rotary switching realizes rapid cut-off and stepless flow regulation, improving pipeline fluid transmission efficiency and system operating stability.

High Structural Stability & Wide Adaptability

Integral cast high-rigidity valve body resists pipeline pressure impact and thermal deformation. Working Principle & Application Notes

 

Butterfly valve flange type adjusts and cuts off medium flow through 90° rotary movement of offset butterfly plate. The unique offset structure ensures non-friction operation, flexible switching and reliable sealing. Soft seal type is suitable for normal-temperature clean media with zero-leakage requirements; metal hard seal type adapts to high-temperature, high-pressure and slightly impurity-containing working conditions. ANSI flange design facilitates frequent disassembly and maintenance, not applicable for ultra-high pressure pipelines requiring integral welding sealing. Corrosive media need stainless steel or alloy material upgrade. Please confirm ANSI pressure class, sealing type, flange face type and actuation mode before ordering.
