Lift Check Valve

Different from conventional vertical or swing check valves with single installation direction, H41S series supports both vertical and horizontal pipeline mounting, featuring strong adaptability for complex pipeline layout. It solves the problem of model selection confusion caused by different pipeline directions on site, greatly reducing inventory and construction costs for engineering projects.

Built-in precision reset spring enables the valve disc to close rapidly and stably when medium flow stops or reverses. It effectively suppresses water hammer and pressure impact caused by sudden shutdown of water pumps, protecting pipelines, pumps and downstream equipment from impact damage. The closing action is stable without vibration and noise, ensuring safe and stable operation of the pipeline system.

Optimized streamlined full-flow channel structure minimizes fluid resistance and pressure loss during medium circulation. The lift-type valve disc opens synchronously with medium flow, featuring flexible action and high flow capacity. Lift check valve avoids the flow dead zone and blockage risks of traditional swing check valves, suitable for long-term continuous fluid transmission working conditions.

Soft seal version adopts rubber or PTFE sealing elements, achieving bubble-tight zero leakage, suitable for normal-temperature water and conventional fluid systems. Hard seal version adopts metal hard sealing pair, resistant to high temperature and high pressure, applicable for steam, high-temperature oil and industrial high-pressure pipeline systems. All sealing structures meet GB/T 13927 industrial valve test standards.

Integral compact body design saves installation space compared with traditional swing check valves. The internal spring and valve disc assembly adopts modular structure, which is convenient for on-site disassembly, inspection and replacement of wearing parts. Standard flange connection matches national standard pipeline accessories, with strong versatility and wide replaceability.
