Features
Different from traditional swing check valves relying on gravity closing and causing severe impact noise and water hammer, silent check valve adopts spring-assisted synchronous closing structure. The valve disc closes stably and instantly before medium backflow occurs, completely eliminating metal collision noise, pipeline vibration and water hammer pressure surge. It effectively protects water pumps, pipe fittings and downstream equipment from fatigue damage caused by frequent pressure impact.
Optimized axial streamlined flow channel with no flow dead zone and ultra-low pressure loss. The special bullet-shaped disc guides fluid to pass smoothly, greatly improving pipeline circulation efficiency. Compared with conventional swing and lift check valves, it reduces system operating energy consumption, realizing long-term energy-saving operation for circulating pipeline systems.
Featuring non-directional mechanical reset structure, the valve supports horizontal, vertical upward flow and inclined pipeline installation without angle limitation. It solves the installation restriction of traditional check valves, adapts to complex on-site pipeline layout, reduces model selection difficulty and engineering inventory cost.
Silent check valve equipped with high-resilience, wear-resistant and aging-resistant NBR/PTFE sealing ring. The soft-hard matching sealing structure achieves bubble-tight zero leakage under rated pressure. The sealing material maintains stable elasticity and sealing performance under long-term cyclic opening and closing, with excellent wear resistance and long service life compared with ordinary hard-seal check valves.
Integrated compact body design with smaller volume and lighter weight than traditional valves of the same caliber. Working Principle & Application Notes
Silent check valve is an automatic axial-flow one-way protection valve. Under normal forward flow, medium pressure overcomes spring preload to push the disc upward for smooth pipeline circulation; when the pump stops or flow reverses, the spring pushes the disc to close instantly and stably before backflow pressure forms, realizing silent anti-backflow and water hammer elimination. Silent check valve is specially designed for liquid medium circulation systems, not applicable for high-temperature steam, high-viscosity slurry and solid particle-containing media. For high-temperature working conditions, customized high-temperature resistant sealing materials are required. Please confirm pressure grade, connection type, medium and temperature parameters before ordering to ensure accurate selection.
