Bellows globe valve is a low-emission industrial stop-and-regulate valve. A metallic bellows isolates the valve stem from process medium to eliminate stem packing leakage, built to ANSI-compliant specifications. Bellows globe valve widely selected for toxic, flammable, volatile and high-purity fluid services.

- Pressure Class: Class 150 ~900 LB
- Size Range: NPS 1/2" ~ NPS 12" (DN15-DN300)
- Temperature Range: -29 ℃ ~ +350 ℃, subject to body and bellows material
- Body Materials: WCB carbon steel, LCB low-temperature steel, CF8 / CF8M stainless steel, WC6 / WC9 Cr-Mo steel, duplex steel and other special alloys
- Bellows Material: Multi-layer 316L stainless steel (standard); Inconel 625, Hastelloy C-276 for corrosive-service options
- Actuation: Manual handwheel; gear operator, electric or pneumatic actuator available as options
Key Advantages

Limitations
Bellows has finite fatigue cycle life. Frequent rapid-cycling service requires fatigue-life verification. Not recommended for heavy particulate-laden media, as solid particles may damage bellows elements.
